The Employer Self-Insured Medical Expense Reimbursement Plan incorporates the benefits of (SIMERP) with an approved life enhancement program under “Medical Care” previsions of the IRC. Employers average an annual savings per employee per year, while simultaneously providing their employees with additional health benefits. (SIMERP) is a leading health and wellness platform, utilizing the IRS Section 125 tax savings opportunity that has been around since 1978.
