  • In depth information about common diseases and illness with specific targeted information regarding Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, Cholesterol, Cancer, Heart Disease along with a real Smoking Cessation program, and much more through a secure online personal health dashboard.

  • Employees will have access to nutritional education and plan administration along with stress management and exercise regimes by qualified registered nurses.

  • Each employee will have a personal customized program designed specifically for them after their initial health risk assessment questionnaire.

  • We also offer unlimited tele-medicine with No copays, behavioral health PHD/Master Level counselors with 3 counseling sessions per incident per year with NO co-pays 24 hours a day / 7 days a week 365 days a year.

  • Plan participants will potentially (depending on the plan chosen) receive negotiated rates on MRI’s, CT Scans, X-rays, Bloodwork and many other services to help reduce medical expenses.
